Axo Privacy Policy

Axo helps you quit vaping. We collect as little as possible and sell nothing.
What we collect
Your quiz answers (device type, usage, triggers, spending, motivation), your streak and progress data, and the messages you send to the AI coach. You are identified by an anonymous account ID. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or location.
How it's used
Quiz and streak data personalize your plan and your coach. Coach messages are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate replies and are not used to identify you. Progress data is backed up to Google Firebase so you can restore it if you reinstall.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the app is used, such as which screens are visited and where people tap. Sessions are anonymized and sensitive content is masked. Clarity does not receive your quiz answers, your messages, or your identity.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
What we never do
No ads. No selling or sharing your data with data brokers. No tracking across other apps or websites.
Your data, your call
To delete your data, contact us and we'll remove your account records. Coach conversations are not stored on our servers beyond rate-limit bookkeeping.
